Right versus Wrong is easy. What do you do when its Right versus Right?
There are two options, and you can’t do both – it’s one or the other and the outcomes are drastically different.
There are plenty of great motivational speakers, but do you and your colleagues have shared values? Who decides what is ethically correct? Do passion and productivity align?
Dr. Darin Paine can challenge your organization through real world ethical dilemmas, interactive exercises to define personal and professional values, and improve overall morale.
Seminars are customizable to your organization in order to drive outcomes. This is not a one size fits all, “sit and listen” lecture, it is an interactive opportunity and everyone produces something in the end.

Testimonial From NCAA Head Men’s Basketball Coach, Buzz Williams
“Dr. Paine is able to display his adaptive leadership style by using interactive storytelling and creative mediums of communication that keep his students, and listeners engaged. He is as good as any I’ve been around at commanding a room and integrating valuable life lessons in ethical leadership into his message. He will cause you to think differently and help you get better as a human being in the way he goes about teaching. Our team certainly is better for the time we were able to spend absorbing knowledge and wisdom from such a low ego, high character individual.”
